I was 47 years old when I joined Fitlap. I’d tried other weight loss plans but they talked about calorie counting and macro tracking a lot, which was completely lost on me.
There’s no calorie-counting or macro tracking with Fitlap. They count and track my calories so I don’t have to, they design my weekly food plan, build my shopping list, and I can swap foods I don’t like (or don't have) from the recipes for something I do.
My favourite part of Fitlap is the ‘free food’ concept. Free foods are vegetables with 20 calories per 100g and you can add as many ‘free foods’ to your meals as you want. It’s a great way to bulk up your portion sizes without adding loads of calories to your plate. I’m never hungry on this plan and it’s a clever way to get more veg into your diet.
I’ve lost 38kg with Fitlap and have stopped snoring - excuse the embarrassing admission. They completely removed all the stress and pressure that normally comes with dieting and I finally understand what it means to eat healthy. And at 47 years old, it’s better late than never.
