Ingredients

35g (105g cooked) Pasta, whole wheat, all kinds

80g (60g cooked) Chicken breast

30g Cream, single
Swap
5g (0.4 tsp) Olive oil
Swap
10g (2 tbsp) Cheese, parmesan

70g Broccoli
Swap
40g (3 pc) Cherry tomatoes

Method

  • Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the packet
  • Drain and reserve some of the pasta water
  • Chop the onion, garlic, and broccoli and fry in half the oil
  • Season with salt and pepper (optional)
  • Add the cream, cherry tomatoes and grated parmesan
  • Heat gently until the sauce thickens 
  • Stir the cooked pasta into the sauce on a low heat
  • Meanwhile fry the chicken in the remaining oil until golden brown and serve with pasta
