What are free foods?
We invented free foods to make weight loss easy and do-able. Free foods are fruits or vegetables with 21 calories or less per 100g. Tomatoes, mushrooms, cucumber, peppers, spinach and many more. They’re all free foods and you can eat as much of them as you want in addition to the four daily meals in your Fitlap meal plan.
Why are free foods good for you?

How much free food can you eat?
We recommend eating at least 400g of free foods per day, in addition to the four meals prescribed in your meal plan but you can eat as much of them as you want.
