What are free foods?
Free foods are fruits or vegetables with 21 calories or less per 100g and are a crucial part of weight loss. Tomatoes, mushrooms, cucumber, peppers, spinach and many more. They’re all free foods and you can eat as much of them as you want in addition to the four daily meals in your plan.

How much free food can you eat?
We recommend eating at least 400g of free foods per day, in addition to the four meals prescribed in your meal plan but you can eat as much of them as you want.
How do free foods work?
- Add free foods to any recipe, even if they’re not listed in the recipe ingredients
- Increase the amount of free foods already in a recipe
